Is there a file or webpage that identifies what Turbo kits are CARB approved?

Just wondering because I am confused after searching and checking some tuners kits.

Most likely...none.

In fact, if you look hard enough, you might even find a disclaimer on retailer's websites saying
"for offroad use only".

If your kit is CARB approved, its something to be proud of. You wouldn't hide it.

I don't think it will be an issue since I passed my smog in Cali with flying colors -

and it took all of 20 minutes. I walked in and asked "can you run my car right now?" The guy asks for the keys he just walked out and pulled it in as I drank my coffee and read the paper. 2o minutes later he hands me the bill and the paperwork and he told me my car was running very clean.
