996 and 911 calipers won't work then... damn ebay... it gave me ideas...

there is another BIRA kit that uses the 911 calipers

Default So I can go:
1) Boxter with stock bracket and a8 rotors
2) 996 with BIRA bracket and S4 rotor
3) 911 BIRA kit....
Sounds like I can use whatever fits the car right?

Default delete one option because 911 = 996
The #2 and #3 on your list is the same. The 911 is a 996. The same caliper is used on a Boxster S.

Default Oh i see... makes life easier....and one last thing... If I get them from ebay, how can I tell if
they need rebuilt or if they're ok?
