I believe the Opera web browser has an auto-refresh feature built in.

Mojo knew how to use that Speak + Spell, he would be perfect to hit the refresh button.

I made a little frameset to accomplish SHNY18T's request. I found one little problem though. If you want to compose a post, or read a long one, refreshing the page will F that up. So I made a navigation that allows you to switch between a refreshing version and a "static" version. The refreshing version refreshes every 30 seconds.

go <a href="http://www.queenky.com/jasonh/auto_refresh/">here</A> and download these four files to your hard drive and open freshen.html locally.

If you just want to "test drive" it click <a href="http://www.queenky.com/jasonh/auto_refresh/freshen.html" target="_top">here</a> I'll have to take these files off this server within a couple days, so don't bookmark this URL.

Those with HTML skills can tweak to your hearts content. I deem this opensource.
