Are these legit ecodes?

Heyyyy guys! I was lookin on ebay and ran across these. Pretty good price, but are they the same as ECS sells? Or possible Clear corner mod done to them?? This is why I hate ebay...haha

I'll be very suprised if they are not e-codes
1. the lines on the clear plastic match
2. the turn signal bulb has cover
3. by the reflection, it seems there is a city light within the high-beam reflector
Everything looks good, except I can't remember what color the two "tabs" that hold the rubber strip. (I thought they were black instead of grey)
One more thing, the auction said it's DOT legal and that's false.
I would say have him take some photos of the back of the housing with the audi p/n.

Not Valeo, so not really e-codes.
They are DOT-legal. The e-codes are not. And the city bulb location is wrong. The 'real' e-codes have the city light bulb located on the upper-side of the high-beam area, not at the bottom. (This is the easiest way to spot fake e-codes)

hmm... can't tell if that's the reflection or the actual city light hole...
I'm pulling up all my previous pictures and still can't tell by these 2 pictures.
