Default Sounds like

a 1/4" 90° angle from his posts. Those use a 0.235" hole diameter if you use the self tapping style. They're like $4-$5 from mcmaster-carr.

Default Give that man a ceegar! Yep but their stainless 1/4"x28 taper/90* and $10.16 ea from McMaster-Carr

if you buy them in packs of 10. And the dust caps are cheap... $5.50 per 100.

Default This will help a lot, mine sound ugly at 60k and was wondering about a better fix than just ...

new ones that will fail me in a year or two. Do you have to re-align after you put the control arms back in? Thanks for the great info.

If you do all at the same time, yes, you will need an alignment.

Also can someone please send tell me the steps to doing this??? I was thinging about using a needle or something to relubercate the bushing. This is what you are doing.

Is there a website that I can order these from.
Please just go my '96 a few months ago and I can't stand the noise. The audi tech said its fine, just loud so live with it.
