Default intermediate shaft. not related to any form of timing, so you can spin it if you want.

of course, if you don't need to, i wouldn't.

Default doesn't matter at all....move it all you want

However, make sure there's no slack between that gear and the cam gear or between that gear and the crank gear. Leave all the slack between the crank and the cam on "the left" so the tensioner will deal with it.

Cheers,

Default Yep. You actually take it off if you want to remove the WP impeller.

I took it right off. No need to worry about alignment.

Default please keep it in "phase" though not related to timing this "balance shaft" is part of the rotating

assembly and should remain in phase. The entire rotating assembly is balanced together.

Default by marking its position in relation to the block so that you can line it back up when you put the

belt of the cog and shafy itself back on/in. It really is not a great idea to "just spin it if you want"

Default I can see the good for extra precautions but I've seen installs where they are replaced.

I don't know how to balance the cog in that case.
