Anyone having any problems balancing the Dunlop SP sport 8000E tire? Also does Audi pay to balance.'99 A41.8tqms.

I have a 98 1.8TQMS and I live in CT. After storms where the state applies sand to the roads the car vibrates BADLY at 70+ mph. I looked the wheels and discovered the inside of the wheel (rear mostly) had an irregular accumulatin of road gook (sand). After a thorough blast with some hot water, the problem goes away.
