in a day and age where that is tough to find, they were aweseome to me. I found myself with a PC backing pad that fell apart after an hours worth of use. NO hassle, they said we'd just credit me without having to send it back. Even offered to have me try a new batch. Apparently some were bad in the last one.
No affiliation...but I would recommend them to anyone
