loan / lease security (again) . . . .
i posted last week about my experiences with the loan lease security clauses for insurance - for leased AND purchased cars. it can help avoid a lot of frustration and financial strain. piece of mind for not that much more on your insurance. it's one of those situations that you think will never happen to you . . .but . . . .
when leasing, you should always put down as little as possible! you'll loose big time in situations like this. get the dealer to roll the upfront costs into the monthly payments. payments will go up but you'll be better off in the long wrong, especially if something like this happnes.
