So do I toss or does anyone have a use for them?

Depends. Some bolts are the stretch type and are good for one use only.

True...75% are body and accessory bolts though

Default Well...... seriously from time to time on customers cars i need an odd-ball bolt or nut.

Metric nuts/bolts to a decent spec are not just available at the local hardware store = pain in the butt sometimes. ;-)
