Where are you stuck? The unbolting the bolts part or the pulling part?

Default pulling part.... it doesnt help that my right hand is useless as my thumb is in a splint...

but I am stubborn and want to get some work done on the car tonight... the thing is I have removed my bumper at least 3 times in the past without issues. I just lost my touch, I think.

It's beena while since I've done it, but just rip the f*cker off if you can't finesse it.

Default is it sitting out from the fender on one side? A good thump on it will pop it into the tracks

and by a good thump I mean push like you want to break it, at least that's what worked for me, lol.
