Default update on my idle stalling situation..

I'm not sure about the ICV but i did some searching about it and the symptoms sounded exactly like what my car was doing. Except someone said the 1.8ts dont have one. So i went and threw in some STP fuel injector cleaner and filler the rest of my tank up with mobil 93 and it already seems to be getting better. As a matter of fact, it didnt stall once or jump around like it was before. bad gas or maybe something was clogging up? hmm.. whatever it was it seems to be gone now.

Default Pull the plugs, ram em up your nose, and take a big whiff?

If your nostril is black with soot and they reek like gas you're running way rich (and your nose will hurt like hell).

Default Like I said, if they're black or smell like gas. Just clean em up.

DON'T PUT THEM IN YOUR NOSE.

Default You can get a better read if you ram em up your jibbajabba.

I mean, so I've heard.
