find me a journal bearing t28 from a reputable source and I will think about it
it seems like my options for a new turbo would be a new center cartridge or a ball bearing similar turbo. I can't seem to find a journal bearing t28 in a similar design.
And yes this is the 3rd car and a ton of miles lol.

no its not but it is not a "US spec T28" its an OEM turbo off an R33 skyline and has a tweaked
wastegate. The "US version" is a T25/T28 variant with a .5 bar wastegate that comes from a turbo toyota truck iirc.
I went through this situation before and Innovative was the only place I found that stocked the actual parts for an R33 skyline turbo.
