Just wanted to thank everyone for the great advice! not sure if you remember, but i ordered my a4 1.8tqms w/ 17" sport wheels & when i picked it up it had 16" wheels. the sales guy just kinda blew me off. so w/ the advice i wrote the GM a letter & he agreed to put the 17" wheels on for an additional $200.00. which is the $ difference between the 16" & 17" w/ sport package.

It was not on his window sticker, but when he negotiated
the salesrep put 17" wheels on the buyers order.
Basically, he bought a 2001 sport package, but the rep mistakenly put 17" wheels on the order sheet. The 17" wheels were on the 2001.5 models.
