Default I thought a no boost option would be good.
the limp mode and valet really cuts the fuel supply.

That's the idea since my car is N-DBW with an APR chip. Would it work safely?

Default Bad idea for a non dbw car, it will just run rich at wot with no boost.
If you want to do something like that on a DBW it might work but will throw codes also.

Maybe, but I don't think a CEL. I can always use VAG to clear a DTC

Default It will work but you better get a new cat ready.
If someone runs at wot during anything less for boost then the chip is set for your car will run richer.

It would just be to keep a valet from racing the car and not for long term use.
