Since I have had the front clip off this weekend, doing the TB R&R, I have been able to address other issues.

I able better able to access the wastegate acuator rod. How much force should I use to "wiggle it" to check for movement/slash play.

Ertman, I'm curious about what TB R&R is. And whats a front clip? Also, what "other issues" are you talking about. Im wondering becuase I want to know what other guys do to maintain their cars.

2 quick Q's: is it hard to change fuel filter on B5? I saw tech article but Im just wondering. 187k, thats pretty good. Do you have any other maint. advice for me? Other than the normal stuff.

Fuel filter for quattro is not that bad, just hard to get to.
