Can anyone recommend a waterproof trunk mat
for a 1998 A4Q? Also, there is a CD changer
in the trunk.

They list different liners for different years, quattro or not. They use the same liner for both CD and not. The mats are WeatherTech mats, which are less expensive at www.clair.com, but I'm not sure whether or not clair has all the different configurations that macneil has.
