well, Back from E-town
I guess the other guys didnt post. Track conditions were pretty ****ty because of the weather. It didn't rain but it was about 90 degrees and pretty humid. Got to see first hand just how much heat hurts the car.
Last time I ran it was 55 and I ran consistent 14.8-14.9's. Today in the hellish 90 degree weather I ran consistent 15.3's. My launches were noticably slower than before, I ran 2.0's last time, this time, 2.2's. I had 4 runs, 2 slipped clutches, one bog, and one decent launch. MY trap speeds were 89/90mph but the best ET was a 15.3X @ 89.
last time at the track my <i>slowest</i> time was a 15 flat...
Bryan(monster) and Spence(weekdogma) were also there. I will let them post their own times, but just to give an idea, I had 3 of the fastest times between the 3 of us. (Spence: 3 runs, Bryan: 3 runs, Me: 4 runs.
BTW, we all have 2001 1.8Tqm's with GIAC chips..I have the milltek exhaust, bryan the borla, and spence stock exhaust

Bish..I wouldn't consider a 16.2 a consiten 15.3
