what is this?

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/18621/image001.jpg"></center><p>I was bored so i decided to take off the belly pan to see where my BPV was so would know in advance before i got my forge. When i looked up there i noticed that there was a bushing that was cracked and to me cracked usualy means broken. Can someone help me figure out if i need to replace this or not or would it be fine?

Where is that...

under the car, in which area?

Looks like your oil pump..?.??

its on the front side in the middle looks like the front of the oil pan

APR replaces the soft rubber bushing that is mounted on a stud on the carrier. The bracket shown is

reused. The APR snub mount is hard a urethane that also 'locates' inside that aluminum housing.

if it's crack better replace it, that should be cover

under warranty, or replace with APR snub mount, which a lot of people did...
