what is the 2 long siliver screw looking things

on the back of the boost gauge for? i know what the brass one is for, and the light bulb, but what are the other two silver ones for?

is it a VDO gauge?

On mine, the two long silver screws are used to hold the mounting bracket on.

yes it is a vdo, if i'm going to be putting it in my ac vent...

does it still need to be used?

Don't know about the AC vent install. Never done it.

The mounting bracket that normally comes with the gauge is typically used to hold the gauge in the pod.
