Default I think it might go at the top of the bumper in the back
It would be behind the grill when closed but deflects to the radiator...I may be totally wrong on that but i think thats where i saw it...but maybe not =0)

Default the black piece goes on the inside bottom of the bumper you dont need it.
its attached to the bumper you just drill out the rivets to take it off.

It's a dam/diverter that seals against the bumper skin and the lower radiator area.
