Default 36f/34r, just as the manual recommends.
You can a little more for slightly quicker/crisper steering response at the expense of ride quality.

Default how bout 16in swings
how bout 16in swings w/205-55-16's. currently 34 front, 32 rear. any suggestions on psi too low? too high? also what is the widest tire that can fit on this rim?
