Default What do you do when

your a Wal-Mart and you are in the parking lot and you stop at the stop sign and so it is your turn and you go but to your suprise you bottom out the front of your body kit your carbon fiber spitter that is there so your body kit does not get damaged gets damaged. Can I ask Wal-Mart to pay for the damage to the carbon fiber splitter of $350 bucks since it happened in their parking lot. The damage is not a lot but you can definietly tell its broken since part of the clear coat is pulled away from the carbon fiber making it look white and not carbon fiber colored. My car is not lowered at all so that should not be a factor. Since it is like 11PM and it is dark outside I will take a pic until tomorrow and edit it into the post.

Default I think you have *zero* chance at recourse, my friend.

Sorry to say it, but you willingly drove into their parking lot, no one hit you...

Sorry to say it, but, IT'S YOUR FAULT.

Good luck. Hope the damage isn't too severe...

Default White and not carbon fiber... so it's really not a carbon fiber splitter then?

Tornado Regulator? Dirt Volumizer? Huh?

Default Sadly, your body kit, your responsibility to exercise care in lots.

Even if not lowered, by changing the dynamics of your car, you are responsible for any new requirements in driving/bottoming out.

that's your own fault for driving too fast for your vehicle to clear not theirs.
