Default Typically there are three options.

1) Buy a new K03 from the dealer and have them install it. This == $$$$$$$$$$$ as the dealer's sole purpose in life is to rip you off.

2) Buy a used K03 from someone on the forum and install it yourself or at an independent garage. Figure $200 for a turbo, plus a few hundred for installation (or free if you do it yourself) and you're looking at a much cheaper solution than option #1.

3) Many people view this as a good time to upgrade to a K04 turbo. ~235-240 hp. Check www.awe-tuning.com for details.

Of course, you could also go all out and buy a BIG turbo kit from either APR (www.goapr.com) or PES (www.pes-tuning.com). But like option #1, these are mega money.
