What does everbody think of ATP's GT25 kit for $1995? Will it work with Tip(instead of KO4)?

What does everbody think of ATP's GT25 kit for $1995? Will it work with Tip(instead of KO4)?

Default you'd probably need a level 10 upgrade...

if your going to get anything from ATP, I think the only way to do it, is to have them actually do the work..

they dont have a tuner for the programming last I heard..

so your kind of on your own for programming..
Garret will do it for $1000 bucks from what the guy with the passat wagon told me...

its a good idea..

theres also a 1.8T manifold on ebay for T04 if your considering something...

thats news to me..

last time i went up north the one guy was telling me he was very unhappy with them..

he said they have their own programmer, but they overseas, and it takes a long as time to get updates and such...

when you say in house, do you mean in norcal?

I'd be interested in doing a larger turbo kit down the road besides a t-28, and all..

hopefully things will be correct and easy to do when im ready...

otherwise I'll end up selling the car for something newer..

I'm still waiting for my sideskirts and all..

they may get consulting to help develop the maps but they have full control and can do modifications to the bosch monotric ECU, they been doing it for years.

They even got a BMW E46 330 turbo running off the ecu.

When my cars been tuned and many others it is done on the spot right in front of me. The owner has a program and he adjusts everything right on the dyno.

Like when I went from the stock MAF to VR6 he was able to do the changes right then in real time.

Race gas, he can throw some more timing in for you.

But say you dont want the software they will sell the kit without it.

Rumor has it, the kit works well with the APR chip and a regulator.
ALl the Stage 2 kits I've been in would of blown away my old K04 kit.

Default Good luck running a T4 on a 1.8t

talk about lag, you wont see boost till 5k and power wont really kick in till after 5500.
