what does a pressure plate do? & Y do I need to replace it when i change my clutch?...
i'm getting this one BTW, Stage 3

The pressure plate comes with those set-ups. In short it is what clamps the disc to the flywheel.
The Spec 3 and up are kinda harsh for street use and I wouldn't get them unless you needed them.
