What exactly will I have to reprogram if I disconnect the battery on a 2001?

What exactly will I have to reprogram if I disconnect the battery on a 2001?
So far, I've heard:
1) one-thouch down rear windows
2) all windows up/down while holding a key in the door lock (the VW ad trick)
Can that be quickly reprogrammed with a VAG tool? What will a dealer charge me for such a reprogram?
