Default what the hell is the deal with my brakes. i have 18,000 miles ....

and ive had them deglazed twice alreayd and they are squeeking again!

strange. 24K miles here - no squeaks, and never needed any "deglazing" either.

Default yea this is the third time. it starts out as a light sqeak and eventually gets so bad i cant stand..

it anymore and have to take it in to get deglazed!

40,000 miles here, had to deglaze them once.

40K here (mostly highway though) and no squeals or squeaks; never heard of "deglazing."

Default Do you drive like a ninny?

Sometimes grandma driving can result in squeaking...give your brakes a workout.

Hard, continuous braking (track conditions) can also cause pads to glaze. Usually a few weeks of normal driving will cause things to clear up on their own.

Have you tried the anti-squeal compound b/t shim & pad?

Default Sounds like you have bad pads

you should have the dealer look at them and replace if necessary.
