What kind of BMC is this? I think this pic shows the problem I have very clearly...

The red arrows with a cross face some kind of "impossible" reservoir.
Is there any way I can use this in my A4? I was looking to upgrade my 23.81 bore BMC to the 25.4 one on the S4, but all of the S4 BMCs on sale I have seen so far face the "impossible" reservoir, so this is what I ended up ordering.
I know this is the n-post on the same topic, but maybe I had not been able to pinpoint the problem so well before, so there goes a public sorry.
