What Paint would I have to use to paint the trims to get the same SHINE as the rest of the body..?

If you mean the stuff arounf the bottom of the car...
...it will never look exactly like the body because it is a pebble grain and that will make the paint look different - lighter colors, pearls and metallics especially.
I have seen a number of them painted and they do look pretty good though. I assume you are not equipped to spray them yourself so your best bet is to try body shops. Dont be too discouraged if most of them wont do it - this is a pretty high satisfaction risk, low $ return job and requires significant prep and some additives to the paint to be successful. You might ask here about shops in your area that others have used.

Walter is right....lighter colors tend to look a little darker because of the grainyness
the grainyness shoes up most on the front and rear. I think sandind down the front and rear would help a bit. I didn't do it though. The sides come out looking nice on the rubber part, but the very bottom part has too much texture to hide. Overall I love the look and even though it's not as clean as a bidy, for $300 it's a great asthetic mod.
