What are a set of used H&R A4 Street Coilovers worth?

And for that matter, a neuspeed 19mm swaybar too.

Trying to figure out if they are worth taking out of the car.

800 or so would be fair for h&r street coils with approx 10k miles on them

Less than 10000 miles, $800-900.

10K-20K miles, $700-800
20K-30K miles, ~$650
