What size plastic tubing to buy to attach to the radiator drain plug area to drain?

Default What size plastic tubing to buy to attach to the radiator drain plug area to drain?
Please don't yell at me to search. I search with many different phrases and no success. I am trying to get ready for this weekend. I am going to change both tranny and engine mounts. Add a pure ms snub mount and change my thermostat so i will need to drain the coolant and this time around i would rather using tubing. Thanks.

you really need just 1 ft, so just get a couple sizes of clear plastic tubing starting with 1/2 in.

Yeah i think it's 1/2 id. you could get away with it being to big

Just put a bucket under it and let it drain I never use a tube.

i used a soft half inch hose and it had to strech to fit....3/4 would probally be perfect
