Default What do you have now?
If you have non-sport, get a front OEM sport and a 19mm Neuspeed rear. If you have the OEM sport pkg, just get the 19mm Neuspeed rear bar.

Default rear swaybar, yes. front sway bar only if you do not have a sport package.
if you do, then it is not necessary.

Sports package. Is 22mm the only size for the rear bar?

Rear bar from Neuspeed comes 19mm or 22mm.

Default 22 has been known to cause problems (like bending the frame)
most people (including myself) own a 19mm swaybar and can set it on soft, medium, or hard. that is your best bet.
