I thought "Regular" were not adjustable at all. Neuspeed have 3 perches

yes, either the front or the rear has more adjustments.

regulars have no adjustment. Sports have perches to raise or lower the front and only to raise the rear. These must be used with lowering springs. The Neuspeeds have more adjustment perches to raise and lower both front and rear.
