What's the difference between a Ramair filter and a DTM filter?

Greedspeed has the ramair and Tap1 does the DTM. Which one is better, not considering price?

<br>Ram Air is a replacement foam panel filter and the DTM from TAP is a cone filter setup... There is not much difference in the performance wise.. But the DTM filter is louder though..<p>Dmak 1.8TQMS
