wheel damage/scratch

I have seen a post before regarding what paint to use to repair paint damage to an A4 7 spoke sport wheel. I have an 1/8" x 8" scratch along the edge from a curb. I searched the archives with no luck. Thank You for any reply. 99 1.8 QMS
