Weight of the car crashed down on the wheel causing the bend.

Specifically the upright which is right where that crack is.

*Update* Got the broken lugs out, trying to track down some factory lugs now...

Anyone know where I can get a set of factory lugs? I dont have an audi dealership close by and the VW dealership near me is no help unless I give them a part number. Any ideas?

Sorry I just can't believe that; That car smacked something, & hard.

.....the only way those bolts would shear like that.

I didn't hit anything. 1 lug head snapped off. most likely from backing out and the wheel vibrating.
