When climbing a hill while flooring i notice some hesitation. Is this surging? Possibly DV/BPV?...

When climbing a hill while flooring i notice some hesitation. Is this surging? Possibly DV/BPV?...
The spark plugs are fine and it does it in mostly the higher gears. (I think)

You will usually hear a slight noise when you lift off the throttle, mostly you will hear noise if
