Well...
I've got the dampning set to about 35% all around. Ride height I set about on par with the Eibach prokit, but there was a fair bit of settling. As a result I raised it back up a little. Looks great. Rides great. Corners like a demon. I haven't really tracked it yet as my event got cancelled.
35% is reasonably stiff, but definitely not overbearing. I've heard of people running 50% dampning, but I think where I live that would be unbearable because the roads suck. I used to have prokit on my Integra GSR with stock shocks and that was MUCH more harsh...didn't handle as cleanly as the A4 does now.
I think for $900 you can't go wrong. Email me with any questions you've got and if your in Boston area I'll let you take it for a spin.
