where to get my supercharger rebuilt?
I have a gen 2 PES supercharger, I was told there is a place in california but i not sure of the where this place is or the name. can anyone help me?

no my bearing is getting noisy and I am doing some motor work and I want to have it re-built to tigten everything up...has about 70k on charger

Ok, that's different. And from what I understand quite common for a G2
What you need is a rebuilt or replacement nose, including the gears. You might wanna contact PES and see if they can sell you one. Might be cheaper then rebuilding.

100K with severe efficiency loss..
I don't know what eaton uses but the case looks like your standard "roots" type supercharger.
Back in my drag days, all the blown cars would have thiers relined at least once every two years. Or course this is under racing conditions and usually with alcohol but I would still venture to guess that a 100K supercharger would be far less effecient than a 5K one.

That's quite different
Racing units have way more boost and way less (if any) filtering of the incoming air. The PES G2 unit, which is the Eaton M62, produces only around 8psi of pressure and the air going to it is clean, no alcohol, no nitrous, no water injection and OEM air box (at least on the G2).
