I live on Staten Island, and I've got a Pelican Blue A4, but not those rims you were talking about.
Right now I have cheesy hubcaps on my steel wheels which I use for snow tires.

I received a few letters from other A4 drivers on Staten Island, and I think we have enough people to create our own sub-group of the NY/NJ group.
