I have this Groan/Moan......I have a 1999 A4 1.8tqms

This groan is becoming annoying and I would to do somthing about it........I have visited the archives, as well as the F.A.Q., and would like to get a little more current info--tetimonials--on this subject.

How did you approach your dealer to remedy this problem?

Any input is greatly appreciated!

Me ; they changed out some hoses to be the same as the Tiptronic car's hoses.

I have a '97 A4 1.8TQ. Is this groan evident on these as well? I've heard the noise in my car many times.

Check the FAQ article... if your symptoms match, it's likely the same problem. My '98 was fixed.
