done it 3 yrs ago..
watch out for the smell of burning flesh...
they gave me a teddy bear to hold while i looked into the laser.
no pain, only discomfort is when they stick that clip to force open your eyes so you can't blink.
and the best part is when you try to put away your glasses before going to bed and reach for them in the morning.. loved that feeling of.. "doh. i don't need them anymore"
