but that Toyota Solara on the Pennsylvania turnpike will never forget how good german cars perform when your not going in in a straight line.

Sounds like you would be much happier in a Civic Si with a 50 shot system
My car has munched on a bunch of cars over the past two years, including BMW's. I assume you actually READ the brochure and noticed the hp rating when stock? Don't talk about performance until you've at least chipped the car, its not like you were mislead by Audi.
Second, at least try to sound educated. Im not asking for an erudite passage, just complete sentence structure. If you had, i would have gladly offered to meet you and take you around the block in my car to show you what just a few mods do to awaken the 1.8T.

i see, well i gone and did it; i chipped the car today.
after the chip upgrade i get boosts up high as 15 psi but, it doesnt stay in boost very long just till about 5krpm ... does this sound right to you? seems the bost kicks in about 3k to 5k and then cuts out. i thought it should stay in boost until 7k or am i just WRONG? btw now the car seems like a normal car ... the chip didnt but a large grin on my face just a little one =). I HAVE A NEED A NEED FOR SPEED>

Do a little research and you will see...
That the K03 (stock turbo) is very small, and runs out of steam past 6000 rpm. Indeed, to get best performance i always shift at 5500 rpm, while you can rev much higher, you are not making power. There is a steep cutoff after 5500. The only solution is a bigger turbo 
That is what makes the K04 a nice option from what i understand, you get usable power to 6700 rpm or so, even if peak power is not much higher than a chipped K03.
I see you went to Moto Persona, i live just a few blocks away from them.
AWE dynoed a Borla at +13hp, and i certainly noticed more power with one, that might be the next option if you need more speed.
