Why doesn't Audi make "chipping" an option during purchase?

Almost as good!
Scottsdale, AZ Audi will install a APR chip for about 500.00 and still honor all warranty. They are very supportive of chipping (if they do it) and even have a service rep dedicated to the process. They have a demo S4 chipped that is as they put it "too fast, too lethal" Best of both worlds dont you think??
