Wife's A4 Exhaust stunk up our garage
99 A4 2.8 Qtip with 18K miles.
She started the car with the garage door open. Let it run for about 1 minute. When she came back the whole garage and 1st floor of house stunk like exhaust. Is this normal ( have not seen this before ) or is there something wrong with her car?

well....
was the wind blowing into the garage from the outside?
Opening the garage door does not do anything to vent the exhaust fumes unless the current is going from inside to outside the garage.
