Will a snub mount make a tip go faster?

like 0.001 sec 0-60? I suddenly have this urge wanting to bolt something on to my car so I need an excuse. You can stop laughing now.

probably not....

It will improve the feel though. Just bolt it on anyway, you should notice a difference.
