Yes, but you can remove them! (more)
It is a legal requirement for the car manufacturer to place the warning label in the car. Manufacturers either do it at the factory or require it at port or dealer prep.
However, the owner may legally remove them. Its kinda like those labels on pillows, not to be removed except by the purchaser.
