Will this work to change the rear wheel bearing on my car?
<center><img src="http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/photos/45200-45299/45210.gif"></center><p>"Remove and replace front wheel bearing with the steering knuckle and strut assemply still on the vehicle. Makes jobs easier and eliminates the need for a front end alignment after the service work is done. Works on both domestic and import front wheel drive cars and light trucks."
I know it says it is for FWD, but since I can borrow it from a local guy I was hoping it would work for this application as well.
Thanks.<ul><li><a href="http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=45210">http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=45210</a</li></ul>

probably not. same level as the HubShark, which I think is junk. doing my RR tomorrow.
As much as I want to put my trust in just pulling the bearing out while still on the car, you know you can get the bearing out by removing the upright and taking it to a shop with a press.
1/2 hour of laor is worth paying, imo, to not have to deal with forcing it out with one of those tools.
and, you shouldn't need an alignment, if you mark your work. grease pen or the like.
