Window Tinting-Opinions Needed. Did you get same %LT all around or front windows lighter?

Window Tinting-Opinions Needed. Did you get same %LT all around or front windows lighter?
My state(Utah)law says 43%LT (light transmission) in front and 28%LT in back. I think 43% won't be dark enough. I'm doing this to block the sun/heat and for aesthetics.
I think cars look better with the same tint %LT on all windows.
If I went 35% all around would cops notice and site me. Or should I go 28% in the back and 35% in the front so it looks like the front is lighter and presummably the legal %LT.
